  • Ceto is a sculptural lamp made from Claro walnut and hand-collaged Kozo mulberry paper. The base curves and leans like driftwood shaped by time, while the shade floats above it—layered with botanical bits, moon-phase cutouts, and a kind of quiet magic. When lit, it casts a slow, shifting glow.

    Built by woodworker Erin Irber and painter Meredith Frederick, the piece grew out of a shared impulse to leave their usual lanes. Meredith stepped off the canvas, Erin pushed further into sculptural form - and somewhere in that overlap, Ceto came into being. It’s not quite furniture, not quite art. It just is.
